PETG sheets can be routed, welded, drilled, de-punched, line bent cold or hot and joined by screws, rivets, or bolts. It can be edge-polished, using sanding , solvents, flame polishing or commercial edge finishing equipment. It also provides excellent material distribution and part definition during thermoforming – without pre-drying sheets. The sheet forms clear, strong bonds with commercially available cements and solvents, and accepts screen printing, painting, and hot stamping – even registration printing.
