Sleek & cost-effective demonstrators for sleek & cost-effective PHS driers

We had previously delivered on a number of smaller-scale products for the hygiene services giant but this project was the largest we had undertaken for them. To demo the hand dryer products, the PHS sales team were currently using a plain white-painted metal tubular frame on which hand dryers were placed. Dull, heavy and unbranded, it was in stark contrast to the hand dryers’ sleek and modern look. We developed a stand that complemented the style of the dryers, then added branding, product details & key features. And when the demo was over, our clever design meant the stand could easily be folded flat for storage & transporting! Manufactured from clear and black Perspex®, the stand looked sleek and light, echoing the style of the hand dryer range. A handle allowed the stand to be carried with ease and below the product we printed product details & key features. The practical black base contrasted with the clear acrylic frame, and when not needed the wires and plug were safely placed in their own cradle at the back of the stand. The frame was unscrewed after use and folded down – making storing & transporting so much easier. Designs approved, we manufactured over 170 stands for 5 different hand dryer models. Testing times to complete our end-to-end service
